ACTION SEAT

The Action QG seat model is one of KOTOBUKI SEATING INTERNATIONAL’s best-selling solutions for cinemas and theaters. Over time, venues have selected this seat for auditoriums, cinemas, theaters, and conference rooms because it delivers exceptional comfort and long-term performance. At its core, the Action QG reflects QG’s savoir-faire while offering a high level of customization, which allows designers to adapt it precisely to each venue.

Structurally, the Action QG seat is mounted on KOTOBUKI’s characteristic central pedestal, which supports the backrest through adjustable forks. Additionally, the pedestal incorporates a central articulation system that is also adjustable. As a result, the seat folding movement remains smooth and controlled. Notably, the folding mechanism includes protective POM components that prevent noise and reduce wear over time.

From an ergonomic standpoint, the Action QG seat and backrest are designed with carefully curved shapes that provide correct lumbar and hamstring support. Furthermore, the model offers multiple armrest and backrest shape options, as well as the choice between fixed or folding seat configurations, thereby increasing design flexibility. In terms of layout, the Action QG seat can be assembled with axle widths ranging from 550 to 600 mm and features a standard backrest height of 104 cm, which contributes to its high level of seating comfort. Likewise, it can be installed on flat or sloping floors, arranged in straight or curved rows, and is capable of accommodating tight curvature radii.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN

The Action Seat supports upholstery woven from recycled PET polyester yarns. Every component can be recycled independently, helping reduce environmental impact and support a closed materials lifecycle. In addition, the chair is also available in a double-pedestal version, offering greater flexibility for larger installations.
