AVOS SEAT
The Kotobuki AVOS seat is designed for use across multiple venue types. It features a seat, backrest, and tilting armrest, and folds to just 16.5 cm. This compact profile preserves wide circulation paths between rows.
The seat supports center-to-center widths from 500 to 550 mm. With the seat unfolded, the backrest reaches a height of 960 mm, providing strong upper-body support.
COMFORT AND CONSTRUCTION
An ergonomic design and generous proportions make the AVOS seat suitable for a wide range of spaces. The seat and backrest use a curved inner core of beech plywood, paired with variable-density polyurethane foam. This construction adapts to usage demands while enhancing audience comfort.
The seat includes fire-resistant eco-leather upholstery. Cast aluminum side panels feature a black, anti-corrosion epoxy powder coating. Steel crossbars, feet, and floor anchoring plates receive the same durable finish. High-strength ABS tilting armrests complete the assembly.
FLEXIBLE APPLICATIONS
The AVOS seat fits fixed venues and multi-purpose halls where seating must clear quickly. It supports several installation systems:
- Telescopic platforms: Feet adapt to folding systems integrated into the platforms.
- K-Roll system: Benches with retractable wheels allow 360-degree movement.
- KUF drawers: Fully automated drawers store the folded seats beneath the floor.
Kotobuki supplies the AVOS seat in two-, three-, four-, and five-seat benches, with fixation brackets matched to each system.
SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
The AVOS seat supports upholstery woven from recycled PET polyester yarns. Every component can be recycled independently, helping reduce environmental impact and support a closed materials lifecycle.
