K3 Seat
K3 Seat
The K3 seat is the third model in a family of fixed theater seating designed for elevated aesthetics, comfort, and versatility. Its construction uses environmentally responsible materials, with each component designed for separate recycling.
Versatility comes from both variable dimensions and multiple seat, backrest, and side panel shapes. Designers can combine these modular elements to create a customized aesthetic for each project. Master craftsmen produce the wooden and upholstered components, blending innovative materials with traditional finishing techniques.
Ergonomic design enhances comfort through variable-density foams and elastic webbing in the seat and backrest assemblies.
Design Features
A rectangular pedestal with softly rounded upper edges defines the K3 model. This shape aligns seamlessly with the upper backrest and softens the overall profile. The system supports continuous backrests or segmented layouts, with straight or curved options that align with the width of each side pedestal.
Uses and Applications
With center-to-center widths ranging from 520 to 600 mm, the K3 adapts easily to different spaces. It installs on various floor inclinations and supports both straight and curved row layouts.
A wide range of finish combinations expands its design flexibility. Options include upholstered seating paired with beech veneer panels or fully upholstered configurations throughout. These features make the K3 ideal for auditoriums, theaters, conference rooms, and multi-purpose venues.
The K3, like all K family models, integrates with fully automated KUF drawers. This system allows seats to fold and store beneath the floor, maximizing spatial flexibility.
Sustainable Design
The K3 seat supports upholstery woven from recycled PET polyester yarns. Every component can be recycled independently, helping reduce environmental impact and support a closed materials lifecycle.
